The TOP peripheral polishing wheels’ line is a high-quality line, used for the glass edge polishing. The line includes the following types:
- TOP 1 rigid bond peripheral polishing wheel for manual and CNC machines;
- TOP G rubber bond peripheral polishing wheel for double-edger, straight-line and CNC machines; it can replace TOP 1 tool for small glass thickness because the rubber bond can ensure longer life and an industrial polishing quality;
- TOP PLUS cerium oxide peripheral polishing wheel for extra quality polishing.
They are available with flat and shaped profiles.
The SMART cup polishing wheels’ line is used for the arris polishing on straight-line and double-edger machines. They are available in the following grit sizes:
- SMART 280/400 cup wheels for the arris polishing, used on straight-line and double-edger machines with one pass or with diamond tool.
The GLOSSY cup polishing wheels’ line is used for the edge polishing, ensuring steady results in terms of quality and wheel life. The GLOSSY line includes the following types:
- GLOSSY 40/60/80/120 cup wheels for the edge polishing available in different grits and used on straight-line and double-edger;
- GLOSSY EXTRA cerium oxide polishing cup wheels, used on straight-line and double-edger machines for the cerium extra polishing of the glass edge.
They are available in different diameters, heights and fixing holes.
